ALL ABOARD!!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-206\" src=\"http:\/\/datcracker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/6c1cfa34751167fde425e5db0b9a4a94.gif\" alt=\"tooth ferry\" width=\"350\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s actually pretty fitting that this the final breakdown post since Quantitative Reasoning is the last section you\u2019ll face come DAT day! <strong>There will be 40 questions and you have 45 minutes! <\/strong>In this section you will be given a basic four-function calculator like this:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-204\" src=\"http:\/\/datcracker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-Shot-2015-02-16-at-11.11.58-PM.png\" alt=\"calculator\" width=\"236\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2015 some slight changes came to the topics tested in the Quant Reasoning.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Here are the topics as of now from the 2015 DAT Guide<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Algebra<\/strong> including equations and expressions, inequalities, exponential notation, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0absolute value, ratios and proportions, and graphical analysis<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Numeric calculations<\/strong> including fractions and decimals, percentages, approximations, and scientific notation<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Conversions <\/strong>including temperature, time, weight, and distance<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Probability and Statistics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Geometry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> &#8211; Trigonometry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Just like the other sections, time is the enemy and although the concepts may seem simple they can get tricky.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Try these two sample questions out:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-205 \" src=\"http:\/\/datcracker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-Shot-2015-02-16-at-11.42.50-PM.png\" alt=\"DAT Quant Samples\" width=\"438\" height=\"487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/datcracker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-Shot-2015-02-16-at-11.42.50-PM.png 509w, https:\/\/datcracker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-Shot-2015-02-16-at-11.42.50-PM-270x300.png 270w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 438px) 100vw, 438px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Answers: 37) A and 38) B.
